Please note that all paper presenters at the conference are required to join the International Association for World Englishes (IAWE). This will cost US$85/US$40 (students), and is payable through the IAWE website at the following address: http://www.iaweworks.org/membership.html
Individuals interested in attending, but not presenting, at the conference are not required to be members, but must still pay registration fees before recieving a letter of invitation.

The registration fee includes admission to the conference; attendance at all plenary talks, focus lectures, panel and individual presentations; and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks.
The optional conference banquet will take place at the beautiful and convenient Sheraton Hotel. If you are interested, please purchase tickets early as seating is limited.
Registration and Fee Payment Procedures
All fees must be paid in US dollars using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).
Once registration transactions are finalized, IAWE and Syracuse University are unable to issue refunds.
Information on Letters of Invitation
A Letter of Invitation may be obtained in order to assist Visa applications. If you require a Letter of Invitation, please contact Tej Bhatia as soon as possible. Please be mindful of registration deadlines as well as estimated timelines for the processing of visa applications as these vary from country to country. Registration and/or membership payment is mandatory before a Letter of Invitation can be sent.
